Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Also contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
